Dr Meeta Seta (Photo, Designation and Bio)
Chief Administrative Officer – Patuck Polytechnic Trust
Dr. Meeta Seta is an accomplished academic professional with over 20 years of experience in the Department of Commerce at Patuck-Gala College, Mumbai. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from SNDT Women’s University and has consistently demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and academic leadership.
A prolific scholar, Dr. Seta has authored several books and contributed to various publications, including book chapters, data papers, and conference proceedings. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, she has received many prestigious awards, to name a few: The Prof. Indira Parikh Women in Education Leaders Award (2025) and The Best Research Paper Award (2024). Beyond academia, she has guided four Ph.D. candidates to successful completion and is actively involved in professional organizations like FICCI FLO, Indian Merchant Chambers, and the Higher Education Forum.
Dr. Seta’s expertise lies in management, human resource management, and organizational behaviour, and she plays key roles in institutional committees. Her has imparted training on different soft skills module to corporates. She is an empanelled external member of Internal Committee at some organizations. Her unwavering commitment to education, research and training makes her a distinguished leader in her field.

Chief Mentor – Patuck Life Skills Foundation
Dr. Janhavi Rao brings over 17 years of rich experience in the higher education sector, encompassing both teaching and administrative excellence. She has taught a diverse range of subjects, including Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, and Communication Skills, to undergraduate and postgraduate students, nurturing their academic and professional growth.
Having served as Head of the Department of Commerce, Vice-Principal, and I/c Principal, Dr. Rao has honed strong skills in strategic planning, leadership, and effective communication, enabling her to guide learners with vision and clarity. A passionate researcher, she has contributed numerous publications in respected journals and actively participates in workshops, conferences, and seminars to stay abreast of evolving academic and industry trends.
As A Certified Corporate Soft Skills Trainer and POSH-Certified Trainer, Dr. Rao blends her academic expertise with practical professional insights, empowering learners to develop both technical and interpersonal skills. Her dedication to shaping young minds, fostering confidence, and promoting continuous upskilling reflects her unwavering commitment to delivering quality education and guiding learners to achieve their fullest potential.
